Three routes, three capabilities, and the commonest mistake is to send an order question to the address that cannot see orders.
This desk, and the one thing it cannot do
Email [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern. That address reaches the people who write these pages, and it is the right route for four kinds of message.
- A page that is wrong. A misquoted source, a sum that does not come out, or a Supplement Facts panel on your bottle that differs from the transcription here. A photograph of the panel is worth more than a description of it.
- A typo or a broken link. Small, quick to fix, and worth sending.
- Privacy. What this site does and does not record, set out on the privacy page.
- Press and permissions. Questions about the findings, the score, the six ceilings, or what this desk would not publish, set out on the about page.
This desk cannot see orders
It is the commonest wasted message. An email to [email protected] about a delivery, a duplicate charge or a refund has to be forwarded to the order desk before anything happens, and that costs days out of a 60-day window. Call +1 (323) 348-1373 instead.
Orders, tracking, changes and refunds
Everything with money attached goes to the order line: +1 (323) 348-1373, or [email protected] in writing. A telephone call settles in one conversation what an email thread takes a week over — a duplicate charge, a pack changed before dispatch, a parcel that has stopped moving.
The published return window is 60 days from purchase, as printed on the sales and information page. A claim is opened by calling with the order ID, the buyer pays return shipping with tracking, and the refund follows once the return is credited. The refund page has the procedure in full.

Copy the returns address from this page rather than from memory, and open the claim before the parcel leaves. A return that arrives unannounced is a box with no order attached to it.
The question the terms do not answer
Nothing supplied to this desk states whether an opened bottle can be returned, and a sixty-day trial on a sixty-capsule pack produces an opened bottle by definition. One question, one telephone call, and worth asking before you pay rather than on day sixty-one. The guarantee page explains why this gap matters.
What is printed on the bottle

A city, a state and a zip is the whole of the physical identity of this product. It is lawful and common in this trade, and it is still the weakest line on an otherwise careful label: there is no building a letter can be sent to and no address a buyer can look up. The telephone number and the email are real routes and they are the ones to use.
If a message about your order arrives from an address you do not recognise, ignore it and call +1 (323) 348-1373 yourself. Nothing on this site will ever ask you for a card number.
The one request worth making, and who to make it to
Most contact pages stop at a list of routes. This product supports one question worth a telephone call whether or not you ever buy it, and the distributor is the party to ask.
Ask for the per-ingredient breakdown of the 570 mg blend
Call +1 (323) 395-2817 or write to [email protected] and ask what each of the six weighs: L-citrulline, L-carnitine, pine bark, maca, grape skin and saffron. Nothing obliges anyone to answer — the FDA requires only the blend total and the descending order — but the manufacturer knows all six figures, because somebody set them.
The second version of the request is the document that would report those numbers anyway. Ask for the Certificate of Analysis for the lot on your bottle: the laboratory sheet for a batch, saying what was tested, what was found and who tested it. This desk holds the reference MAX-7896-26-MA and not the file, and no testing laboratory is named anywhere.
Ask in writing, quote the lot number printed on the bottle in front of you rather than the draft reference quoted here, and ask specifically whether the certificate reports the individual weights of the blend constituents. The batch page sets out what a CoA does and does not cover.
Be realistic. Plenty of firms decline, and declining proves nothing. But there are only two ways to learn six numbers nobody is required to print, and the other one is a laboratory of your own.
What to say when you call
Three things settle almost every order question in the first minute.
- The order ID from your confirmation email. A refund claim is opened against it, and it is the first thing you will be asked for.
- The email address used at checkout. An order is usually found by this, and it is not always the address you expect — if the purchase was made under a work address, say so straight away.
- The date of purchase. The 60-day window runs from purchase rather than from delivery, so the date decides whether a refund is in scope before anything else is discussed.
Two more are worth having to hand if the call is about the product rather than the order: the lot number printed on your bottle, and a photograph if there is something to photograph — a broken seal, a short count, or a panel that does not match the one transcribed on the label page. If it is the last of those, this desk would like a copy too.

What this desk cannot answer
- Anything about your order. This address cannot see one.
- What any blend ingredient weighs. Only the ceiling is knowable, and a ceiling is not an amount.
- Whether the product will work for you. Nobody can.
- Anything about your medication. Ask your prescriber, and mention the zinc and the niacin.
- What is in a specific lot. No Certificate of Analysis reached this desk.
If the question is medical, the honest answer from a retail desk is to point you at somebody qualified, which is what this one does. The label says the same in its own caution block, and on a formula whose amounts are 95% undisclosed that instruction is doing more work than usual: your clinician cannot check what they cannot see either.
Read the blend row first, then decide
