Terms and conditions
The terms this information site is provided under, in the plainest wording this desk could manage, including the parts that are less comfortable to write than to leave out.
Maxorine publishes product information about Maxorin for buyers in the United States. It is a u.s. stocking partner for maxorin and it earns a commission on orders placed through it. It is not the manufacturer, not the distributor and not the seller of record on your purchase — the checkout belongs to a separate company, your contract for the order is with whoever that checkout names, and its terms govern from the moment you arrive there.
Use of this site
You may read these pages, print them, quote them and send them to anybody you like. There is nothing to register for, nothing to subscribe to and nothing to agree to before reading. Using the site means accepting the terms on this page; if you do not accept them, the remedy is to close the tab, and nothing has been collected from you in the meantime.
Two limits on use, and both are ordinary. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its files or its server. And do not represent this site’s words as the manufacturer’s, the distributor’s or a clinician’s — it is a retail desk’s reading of a label, which is a useful thing and a limited one.
The site is provided as it stands. Pages are updated when something changes or something is found to be wrong, and there is no undertaking that any page will be available at any particular moment or that any address will continue to exist.
What this site is not
Four sentences, and they decide who can actually help you with any given problem.
- Not the manufacturer. This desk did not formulate the capsule, choose the six ingredients in the blend, set their order, or make any decision about what the label prints.
- Not the distributor. The bottle reads Distributed by: Maxorin, Aurora, CO 80011. That is a different party, with its own telephone number and email printed on the artwork.
- Not the seller of record. The checkout belongs to a separate company. Your contract for the order, and the money, are with whoever that page names.
- Not a medical practice. Nobody writing these pages is a physician or a pharmacist, and nothing on this site is medical advice. The disclaimer sets that out in full.

Accuracy, and how to correct a page
Every figure on this site is either transcribed from the label artwork, quoted from one of the seven cited documents, or derived by arithmetic that is shown on the page where it appears. Nothing is estimated, and where a figure was never printed the page says so instead of supplying a plausible one.
That is the standard this desk works to, and it is not a guarantee of correctness. Artwork can be misread, a panel can be revised between print runs, and a source can be updated after it was quoted. The label on the bottle in your hand governs, and if it differs from what is transcribed here, believe the bottle.
Corrections go to [email protected] with the page address and the problem. A panel that differs from the transcription published here is the most valuable message this desk receives, and it goes to the top of the queue. Where a page is wrong it is changed rather than quietly deleted, and the last-updated date moves.
One category of figure carries a standing qualification
No amount is stated anywhere on this site for any ingredient inside the 570 mg proprietary blend, because none is published. What is stated is a ceiling for each — 570, 285, 190, 142.5, 114 and 95 mg — derived from the FDA’s descending-order requirement. A ceiling is the most an ingredient can weigh. It is not an amount, and it should never be quoted as one.
The order desk is the authority on orders
Anything printed on this site about prices, packs, shipping, the return window or the refund procedure was supplied with the product pack and is reproduced as given. It can go out of date, and this site does not operate any of it.
The checkout screen and the order desk govern. If the live price differs from the figure printed here, the live price is correct. If the terms shown at checkout differ from the summary here, those terms are correct. If the window quoted to you by the order desk differs from the 60 days from purchase, as printed on the sales and information page printed here, theirs is the one attached to your purchase.
For anything with money attached — tracking, a change of pack, a return, a refund — call +1 (323) 348-1373 or write to [email protected], with the order ID, the email used at checkout and the date of purchase. This desk cannot see an order and forwarding one costs days out of a 60-day window.
One term is genuinely unresolved and is flagged wherever it is relevant: nothing supplied to this desk states whether an opened bottle can be returned. That is a question for the order desk before you buy, not afterwards.
The words on these pages
The prose, the tables, the arithmetic and the layout of this site are its own work, and this desk asserts the ordinary rights in them. Quote them, link to them and argue with them freely — attribution is appreciated and not demanded. Wholesale republication of the site as somebody else’s is a different matter and is not permitted.
Several things on these pages are not this desk’s to license, and they are treated accordingly. The Maxorin name and the label artwork belong to their owner; they appear here to describe the product, which is what a retail desk is for. The quotations from the FDA, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements and NCCIH belong to those bodies, are reproduced in their own wording and are linked to the pages they were taken from.
The label transcription is a transcription: it reports what is printed on the artwork and claims no ownership of it. The six blend ceilings are arithmetic, and arithmetic is nobody’s property — anybody may recompute them from the printed total and the printed order, and this desk would be pleased if they did.
Liability, in plain words
This is the section every site writes in capital letters. It is written here in sentences instead, and it says the same thing.
This site publishes information. It does not supply the product, does not take your money and does not control the checkout, the shipping or the formulation. It is offered as it stands, without a promise that it is complete, current or free of error, and without a promise that it will suit the purpose you have in mind for it.

Governing law, as far as it can be stated
Here this page has to say something unusual for a terms page: no governing law or jurisdiction was supplied to this desk, and none is invented here. No state is named in the material that arrived with this product, and the seller’s own terms — which are the ones attached to your purchase — are published at the checkout rather than here.
What can be stated is what is known. This site publishes for buyers in the United States. The retail desk publishes an office at 5 Times Square, Floor 18, New York, NY 10036, USA and a returns address at 320 Park Avenue, Floor 15, New York, NY 10022, USA. The label names a distributor at Maxorin, Aurora, CO 80011, with no street address. If your purchase gives rise to a dispute, it is a dispute with the seller of record named at checkout, under the terms published there.
A clause naming a state and a court would look more authoritative and would be a fabrication, which is the same objection this site makes to an unsourced milligram figure.
