Privacy policy
What this site records, what it does not, and the exact point at which you stop dealing with this site and start dealing with somebody else.
Maxorine is a static information site about Maxorin. There is no account, no login, no newsletter form and no comment box anywhere on it, so there is nothing here for you to have an account with. The tools on it — the cost calculator and the fit check — do their arithmetic inside your browser and send nothing anywhere. When you click through to the checkout you leave this site for a different company, and that company’s privacy policy governs everything from that point on.
What this site is, technically
Before anything about data, it is worth being precise about what you are reading, because the answer explains most of the rest of this page. Maxorine is a static site. Every page was written, generated into a file and uploaded. When you open one, your browser asks a web server for a file and the server sends the file back. There is no application behind it, no database, no user table, no session and no account. That is not a privacy feature anybody designed — it is a consequence of how the site is built, and it is why most of this notice is a list of things that do not happen here.
One request does leave your browser for somebody else’s server on every page, and it should be named rather than glossed over: the typeface. These pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches a stylesheet and some font files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. What Google records when it serves a font is described in Google’s own policies and not in this one, because this desk has no visibility of it. Any browser setting that blocks third-party font loading will stop it, and these pages read perfectly well in a fallback typeface.
What is collected, and what is not
Taken one at a time, in the plainest wording available:
- No account. There is nothing to register for and no login anywhere on this site.
- No newsletter. There is no sign-up form on any page, so there is no list for an address to go onto.
- No comments. There is nowhere on this site for a visitor to post anything.
- No payment details. Payment happens at the checkout, which is a different company’s site. Nothing on this domain ever asks for a card number.
- No cookies set by these pages. Nothing in the site’s own code writes a cookie. Close the tab and nothing is left over from the visit beyond the ordinary browser cache.
- No analytics product. No measurement script is loaded by any page here, so nothing about what you clicked, scrolled past, answered or calculated is recorded anywhere.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. None are embedded in any page on this domain.
What remains is what remains for any website on the internet: the web server that hands out these files will, like every web server, handle the ordinary request information a browser sends — an address, a page path, a timestamp. That is a property of how the web works rather than a collection decision taken here, and this desk has nothing further to tell you about it, which is exactly why it is written down instead of dressed up.
The tools run in your browser
Two pages on this site are interactive, and both work the same way: the arithmetic happens on your machine and the answer never leaves it.
- The cost calculator on the pricing page. You type a price, choose a pack size, and it divides. Nothing you type is transmitted, stored or remembered, and refreshing the page clears it.
- The fit check on the who-it-is-for page. Six yes-or-no questions, answered in the page, scored in the page. Your answers are not sent anywhere, not saved between visits and not visible to this desk.
- The interactive label panel on the Supplement Facts page. Tapping a row opens text that was already in the page when it loaded. Nothing is fetched and nothing is reported.
This is worth stating because the fit check asks questions a reasonable person would not want recorded — whether you take a prescription medicine, whether you have spoken to a clinician. The honest answer to “what happens to those answers” is that nothing happens to them. They exist in the page while the tab is open and cease to exist when it closes.
The moment you leave this site
This is the most important paragraph on the page, and it is about a boundary rather than about data.
Every Order and Buy now link on this site points away from it. Clicking one hands you to the checkout operated by a different company — a commercial link, disclosed here and in the footer of every page. From the moment that page loads, nothing on this notice applies. The card details, the delivery address, the email on the order and everything else you type there are collected by that company under its own privacy policy and its own terms.
The practical consequences are worth spelling out, because they are the ones people run into:
- This desk cannot see your order. Not the amount, not the address, not the status. An email to [email protected] about a delivery has to be forwarded before anything can happen.
- This desk cannot cancel, amend or refund anything. Those are operations on a payment record this site has no access to. Call +1 (323) 348-1373.
- This desk cannot delete data held by the seller. A request about order data has to go to whoever the checkout names as the seller of record.
Read the checkout’s own notice before you type anything into it. It is a different company with a different policy, and a policy published here would tell you nothing true about it.
If you write to the desk
There is one way for a visitor to send this desk anything, and it is an ordinary email to [email protected]. If you write, the email exists in a mailbox, as emails do. It is read, it is answered or acted on, and it is kept for as long as it is useful to keep — a correction to a page, for instance, is worth keeping alongside the change it prompted.
Two habits are worth having on your side. Send the minimum: a page address and a description of the problem is usually the whole message, and there is no reason to include anything about your health, your medication or your purchase. And if you are writing about an order, write to the order desk instead, because this address cannot see one.
If you would like an email deleted, say so and it will be. That is a small commitment and this desk can keep it, which is more than can be said for promises about systems nobody here operates.
What this notice does not tell you
Most privacy notices in this trade are longer than this one because they contain material this desk is not in a position to write. The omissions are deliberate and they are listed rather than papered over.
- No cookie vendor table. These pages set no cookies, so there is no table. A list of vendors would be invented.
- No retention periods. There is no store of visitor data here to retain, so a number of days would be a decoration.
- No legal-basis table. This desk is not going to publish a processing-purposes grid for processing it does not carry out.
- Nothing about the checkout’s practices. That is a separate company and only its own notice can describe it.
- Nothing about the distributor’s practices. Maxorin, Aurora, CO 80011 is the name printed on the bottle, and how it handles data is not something this desk has been told.
A notice that says less can be checked. Every claim above is either a statement about how these files are served or an undertaking this desk can personally keep, and if any of it stops being true the sentence gets changed rather than qualified.
Where to send a request, and changes to this notice
Anything about this website — a question about this notice, a request to delete an email you sent, a correction to a page — goes to [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern. Anything about an order, a payment, a delivery or a refund goes to the order desk on +1 (323) 348-1373, because this address cannot see any of it.
This notice may change if the site changes. If a measurement script, a form or a cookie is ever added to these pages, this page will say so plainly and the date below will move. There is no archive of earlier versions, which is worth admitting rather than implying. Last updated September 24, 2026.
And a closing note on why this page is as short as it is. A privacy notice is a promise about behaviour, and a long promise about behaviour nobody can observe is worth less than a short one that can be checked in a browser’s developer tools in about a minute. Anyone is welcome to check.
